In order for the educational inclusion of deaf students to be real and effective, together with their personal effort, it is essential that the educational centre provides them with the necessary resources to enable their access to communication, information and knowledge, on equal terms with the rest of their classmates.
For all these reasons, FIAPAS has produced the video “Hearing Impairment. Resources for access to communication and training” and a leaflet and a poster conceived as a practical tool that will provide professionals involved in the care of students with hearing impairment with the necessary guidelines for their effective inclusion in the classroom and at school through resources to support hearing and oral communication.
