We would like to present the following FIAPAS Manifesto 2009 to society and the public authorities to mark the World Deaf Day, in which it demands the provision of resources that allow deaf people to be full citizens, which, in addition to being a social benefit, will allow in the future to maximise the investment made by the Society.
