We would like to present the following FIAPAS Manifesto 2012 to society and the public authorities to mark the World Deaf Day, in order to point out that the measures for the rationalisation of public expenditure and the sustainability of Health, Education and Social Services cannot undermine the fundamental rights of people with disabilities, in our case hearing loss.
