We would like to present the following FIAPAS Manifesto 2014 to society and the public authorities to mark the World Deaf Day, in order to contribute towards a better understanding of the current situation of people with hearing loss, and to demand the provision of the hearing and oral communication support resources they may require, which is now available through technological progress.
