We would like to present the following FIAPAS Manifesto 2016 to society and the public authorities to mark the World Deaf Day, which coincides with the 10th anniversary of the adoption of the International Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, in order to underline the parents’ needs to properly exercise their rights and duties in relation to the protection of the health and education of their children with hearing loss.
