We would like to present the following FIAPAS Manifesto 2017 to society and the public authorities to mark the World Deaf Day, which coincides with the 10th anniversary of the adoption of the Law 27/2007 recognising Spanish sign languages and regulating the means of support for the oral communication by the deaf, people with hearing loss, and blind and hearing loss people.
