The winning children’s story in the 2019 “El Libro Viajero” presented by a group of adolescents from the EUNATE-Navarra Association aged between 9 and 12, based on the comic characters Mortadelo and Filemón.
A project to promote reading for deaf boys and adolescents. This project has been running since 2013 thanks to funding from the Ministry of Culture and Sport, with co-funding from the ONCE Foundation.
The participating associations hold Reading Workshops for deaf boys and adolescents (aged 5 to 16).
